Peter Bone

Peter Bone has always been a big inspiration for me. He serves as living evidence that you can hold down an unrelated full time job and still get really good at juggling. Peter is a computer programmer by day, but when he is off the job, he is a world class juggler, holding several unofficial world records, including the 13 ball flash. This video gives you a small sampling of what he can do:

Other videos he has featured in can be found here and here.

I’ve often wished Peter would compete in the World Juggling Federation 2007 UK Open. It would be awesome to see a hobbyist do well in a professional league of competitive juggling. Unfortunately, he consistently says he has no intention of competing.

Dude, that was some incredible juggling there! I look at some of the stuff you were doing and I just can’t believe it. How do you do that throw where you launch 7 balls into the air at different heights and catch them all in order!? Wow! Keep up the great work.

Uh..sorry. thought it was you that was juggling but now I re-read the post and figured out it wasn’t.

But I looked through some of your other posts, you’ve got some great stuff here. The anti-helium type gas. That was cool.

  3. […] Good juggling is fun to watch. But great juggling is like looking over the Grand Canyon and being awestruck. I just can’t believe the juggling skills that this guy demonstrates. Joggling a marathon is one thing but look at this video if you want to see what happens when you focus on juggling. […]
