It starts of as a kind of boring overview of things everyone already knows. But when you get to this section, the snark is turned up to 11 and it is off to the races. It would be an overstatement to say that the United States federal government commanded U.S. financial institutions to install CrowdStrike Falcon and thereby embed a landmine into the kernels of all their employees’ computers. Anyone saying that has no idea how banking regulation works.

Life is much more subtle than that.
