This problem has been a long time in coming. I wrote this two years ago.. Russia’s Strategic Vulnerability To Long Range Precision Fires. And I wrote this around the the same time The One New Aspect Of Warfare That The War In Ukraine Has Revealed. As the war in Iran and other conflicts elsewhere is starting to show, this is the new future of warfare. Russia is the first major power to experience this problem but I doubt they will be the last.
