The Cave of Swallows
When we were kids, we imagined places like this with cities in the bottom. I didn’t know that such places really existed!
HIGAMI 2
There is some excellent technical juggling and diabolo on this video. This makes the third time ever that I’ve seen the 4 diabolo 360. Some great excaliber tricks, too.
Ofek Shilton
Ofek Shilton is only 12 years old, but already he is one of the best diabolist in the world. He can even do tricks with four diabolos. I’ve only seen a very few people run four, much less do tricks with four!
8 Ball Shower
Bruce Sarafian posted a video that includes old footage of him juggling a 7 and an 8 ball shower. This is the only video I’ve ever seen of 8 ball shower. Everyone else seems to cap out at 7. New WJF Competitors
Grigoriy Lovigin and Alexandr Koblikov are going to compete in WJF 5. They have some pretty amazing tricks that I’ve never seen before, like juggling 10 balls using a duplex cascade pattern. Includes the solidest 5 ball reverse shoulder throws I’ve ever seen.

Freerunning is Parkour, except instead of trying to use the most energy efficient techniques, they try to make it look cooler by adding spins and flips, etc.
This is a good video to give you a taste:
And this is a good video to give you an idea of how they practice:
It reminds me a lot of the jumping games we used to play as kids, but taken to extremes.
Josiah Jones
Somebody actually managed to get some video footage of that recluse Josiah Jones. He was famous years back when he was still very young for being able to run 5 ball mills for longer than everybody else—with ease. Now, lots of people can do 5 easy—and the best can even sometimes get a qualify of Click Here to continue reading.
Bruce Sarafian is back!
Bruce Sarafian is back from his long hiatus. He’s been gone for years, and yet still holds most of the World Records he held when he stopped juggling. Although he hasn’t put up any recent footage yet, he has posted some previously unreleased footage that should give you an idea just how good he is.
