Notice how many in the Assembly and the Senate consider this illegal but are going through with it anyway? It is just a sign of how comfortable they are with doing illegal things.
Shoot the messenger. The magazine says it is because of what he said on face book. But it seems to me that stating one’s bias up front is a good thing. I think the real problem for the magazine is that his position is not good for the industry.
