SpaceX’s plan to launch its monstrous Starship-Super Heavy two-stage tandem from NASA’s Kennedy Space Center caught the attention — and concern — of two rival space companies that warn federal officials the up-to-492-foot-tall rocket will be too untested, too dangerous and too potentially disruptive for the nation’s busiest spaceport and the surrounding environment.

Responding to War Crimes Allegations: Interview with Ryan O’Leary of Chosen Company

Of course he says he is innocent but the New York Times does not have a good reputation anymore and he does make claims of fact that should be provable one way or another. More to the point, Preston Stewart is again acting like I wish the media would and letting someone say their side of the story. If there truly is legal action filed, it should become apparent pretty quick who can prove their point. But from Chosen Company’s point of view, a lot of the damage has already been done and can’t be undone.

The Chinese military is also considering a blockade of the island nation, roughly the size of Maryland, by simply using drones.

This is not 1997, and Starmer is not Blair. Sir Keir has pulled off what the commentators are calling a “loveless landslide”. He was the beneficiary, in England, of the implosion of the Conservative Party and, north of the border, of the implosion of the Scottish National Party – both entirely deserved. Yet Labour’s share of the vote is five points lower than Jeremy Corbyn’s supposedly humiliating defeat in 2017: in fact, it is the lowest share of the vote for any majority-winning party ever – just thirty-five per cent.

Will a Keir Starmer Government Make Digital Identity a Reality in the UK?

A call was placed to Oakland police but the dispatcher informed the caller the crime was listed as a Priority 2, as no suspects were on scene, adding it could be reported online. It was only after a video of the mass looting was shared with the department that it was raised to a Priority 1 and an officer was sent to the store nine hours after the robbery began

The Conspiracy of Silence to Protect Joe Biden

This would not be worth its own post if it was not for the fact that this is appearing in one of the primer publications of educated liberal elite. The fact that this is being allowed to appear the New Yorker magazine is something that Biden is not going to recover from….

Who was actually in charge? Nobody knew. But surely someone was in charge? And surely there must be a plan, since surely this situation could not endure? I heard these questions posed at cocktail parties on the coasts but also at MAGA rallies in Middle America. There emerged a comical overlap between the beliefs of the nation’s most elite liberal Biden supporters and the beliefs of the most rabid and conspiratorial supporters of former President Trump. Resistance or QAnon, they shared a grand theory of America in 2024: There has to be a secret group of high-level government leaders who control Biden and who will soon set into motion their plan to replace Biden as the Democratic presidential nominee. Nothing else made sense. They were in full agreement.

The entire article is sticking the knife into Biden and twisting while trying to be as kind about it as possible.
